VAULT Printing and Assembly Checklist

Connect your parts list, slicer checks and assembly steps.

Verify the parts list

Confirm system, size, depth and height. Check quantities and the availability of local source files. Record duplicate print counts so that printing one copy of each file does not leave your assembly incomplete.

Inspect the sliced project

Check dimensions, orientation, first-layer contact and support needs after import. Adjust settings for your material, nozzle and printer. Test fit with a small part before committing to a large batch.

Test assembly in stages

Inspect mating surfaces and follow the illustrated orientation. Check movement around drawers, lids and modifications separately. If parts interfere, verify orientation and size before applying force.
