VAULT Local Export and Slicing Guide

Keep models on your device and open downloaded files in your slicer.

Prepare the original models

Connect your legally obtained VAULT model folder. The browser reads files as needed. Website previews do not grant a model license or replace missing original STL files.

Export and wait for the download

Choose an available export format for your configuration and allow generation to finish. If files are missing, check the connected folder and complete paths before retrying. Multicolor processing can take longer than ordinary packaging.

Open in Bambu Studio or another slicer

Open the downloaded file in a local slicer that supports its format. Support for 3MF projects and colors varies. After import, check geometry, quantities, material, printer and slicing settings. You can also use Send to Bambu Studio: install Node.js 20+, download and run the local connector, then approve its local confirmation page. Keep the connector running. The 3MF goes only to your computer’s loopback address, without cloud upload or printing. On phones and tablets, download and open it on a computer.
